SOFTBALL AND KINDERCLINIC

7TH DISTRICT REC COUNCIL

7th District Rec Council provides softball to girls ages 6—17 years old. The age determination is 12/31 of the previous year.  We have a wonderful group of volunteer coaches that guide the girls through practice, games and a tournament at the end of the season. All the softball teams travel and compete against the other area rec council teams (5th District, Sparks (both part of Hereford Zone Recreation and Parks Council) and Prettyboy Rec Council).

Softball Information

The Clinic Program is for 6-7 year olds. The teams have their games on Saturday at 10:30AM . Clinic reinforces the lessons the girls learned in KinderClinic, but are still geared towards those who may not have participated before. The games are coach pitched with the option of using a “T”.

Clinic

This is regulation softball with the girls ages 7-17 years old. They are divided into teams based on age and abilities. They will travel to the other districts for team games. The games are refereed by professional umpires.

There is a discount of $10 per each additional participant of the same family.

Cost includes a team t-shirt and cap.

Transportation to the games is not provided.
